  1. Just reply through ebays unpaid dispute lodgement and they will certainly get your messages that way. The message will be logged with ebay if the matter escalates. Is there a possibily they didn't get your emails? Seems a little odd 2 sellers didn't reply. If its just a matter of not paying they the dispute should be easily resolved by you and both sellers
  2. Here's a link of the motor/car in it's previous state for anyone interested http://forums.toymods.org.au/index.php?t=m...rt=0#msg_614991 Here's the old dyno results. You can see why I have replaced the turbo to improve mid range power
  3. Finally some progress: - Hacked up engine bay wiring replaced and tidied up - Replaced GT30 with GT28 turbo and better designed turbo manifold. Bye bye GT30 and lag. But boy it was great when it came on boost though - Minor oil leak fixed - New alloy plate welded on plenum runners as didn't fit flush and leaked. Now have one piece of alloy instead of previous design which had mounted each runner individually. Work still needed to completed have on the road: - Front mounting an intercooler to replace the barrel. Still haven't decided what intercooler I'll end up using. Depends what fits. - Installation of a standard radiator to replace the alloy one and fitting super strut brakes - Relocation of the dry cell battery into the boot, allowing more room for intercooler plumbing - Dyno tuning new LT12 which replaces the MTX8. LT12 will allow for VVT to be connected up. I'm interested in seeing what difference this may make. - Bolting back on front panels and bonnet. Replacement of barrel intercooler and alloy radiator has allowed a normal bonnet latch to be connect. Previously had bonnet pins. Also hoping to fix up the paint if money permits but might just cut it back, polish for the interim and fix up later. Will try to get some new pics once the car is moved from its current location. The car is wedged between two others making it difficult to get any reasonable pics
  4. Long time last update. Thats probably as there's been pretty no progress. Had complications with my mechanic but hoping to have to it started again soon.

  6. ive seen that article and why I'm sure its powerful I'm positive its not 294kw powerful. I'm a little rusty as read it ages ago but something made me believe it was very inflated. it may have been the injectors being too small to deliever that much fuel for a car with that much power
  7. woot thats me :lock_folder: yep having seen her dynoed at 175kw on about 16psi. 240kw is easily obtainable on about 22-24psi but doesnt interest me. there is a few examples of 4agze in oz with 240kw+
  8. check your coolant level. low level is most common cause of an erratic idle
  9. I thought it was 20% but even as low as 20% a 5k is fine. If you are going to call in make sure you ring Regency as the other branches are clueless to this sort of stuff
  10. on the road i have no idea. but work will commence within 3 weeks :monkey:
  11. Thomo: Yeah i had fuelling problems with it. Got rid of it now though so i guess it wasnt my problem after that haha. Just realised I'm on Scotto's profile. Oops! - AE35

haha bet me to it :P that car is pretty much no longer. all the driveline is going in a fx-gt now. will be back soonish
  14. My first car was a ke30. I spend over a month prep the body for a respray. 2 weeks after respray WHAMMM! some knob cuts me off and writes it over. A month later i come across another ke30 with a 4agte Put LSD in before upgrading it to a 4agze among other mods 4agze ke30 was written off by some know P plater crashing in my car when it was park attempting to drift Next pick up was a 4agze AE82 with nevo pulley Sold this to a mate to buy a 20V 4agte AE82 Intentions are now to put the 4agte into my FX-GT Also have a ke10 which has a 4agte waiting to put into it I have also had numerous other corolla's. Namely just a get around cars So why corollas. Well I have never had a problem with them except those that were caused by my stupidity
  15. car wasnt painted my me but was painted fairly cheaply. there is a things I'm not happy with but overall its a good job for the price. If I'm not happy with the finished product I'll fix it up the following summer. Main aim is to get this on the road in the next 2 months. Will speak to my mechanic if has any idea when he's ready for it. Bit of a waiting list at the moment
  16. car hasnt been polished yet nor will be until the conversion is complete as will be leaving off the panels and bodykit to minimise the risk of doing damages to them
  17. I already told why its fixed Mick. I have skills :D
  18. don't worry thats not my target. its fwd after all. mind you it appears not to have a normally lsd. possily trd? think its 1.5. will settle for around 160-170 for daily driving on around 16-18psi on the new turbo and maybe wind the boost up for the drags or dyno days but only to around 20psi with a much smoother power curve with the smaller turbo the car should be an easy 13sec car
  19. i love the ecu. managed to get a very nice smooth map out of it. nice curve aswell. well, that is once the bis ass turbs finally made boost. have managed 180on 18psi. not aggresively tuned. should be good for 240kw on 24psi :) ( the turbo is easily good for that) but not keen on hearing something go bang
  20. i wanted the GT28RS disco potato. was my 1st choice but came across a recondition gt28 for $600. if i don't like it. ill sell it and get the GT28RS but its saved me some coin have microtech LT12
  21. i have a gt28 now. not sure on the exact specs but will update when i do
  22. not particular. i had to buy a whole ee80to source a bonnett and grille :P thats one expensive excerise
  23. just the swapping of the motor in fx-gt and some other bits and pieces. then putting the front panels on, rego and off she goes. well thats the plan
