what seats are they :dance: and that boost gauge looks sick it blends in so well with the dash if you looked at it you wouldnt know it wasnt supposed to be there :y:

i found this on ebay in ACT ke55 turbo it has a 5k engine. its a fresh engine never been started built for the turbo and to run on gas. the bores been bored out one thow with wiscoe deep dish pistons to lower the compression for the turbo. it has a 3k ported head with solid lifters. its got a steam pipe custom manifold running a nissan sr20 turbo. has 3.0l throttle body off a magna. full custom sump has been made to allow more oil capacity and less oil surge in sump .full 3inch exhaust back from turbo with a cannon at the rear. has an electronic distributer to keep up with the spark.

yeah bud just do what i have done for the time being till you actually have the time to rip it all apart (if it's a daily) and pull everything off it has taken me about just under a 3 weeks (if you don't include the time i have spent on other areas working on the car) to do my paint and even then it is still dodgy as hell if you get up close and personal with it lol but when i have the cash and time i shall pass it on to somebody and get it done properly!!! i would like to see it when it is finished being painted oh btw found a boot seal http://cgi.ebay.com.au/TOYOTA-COROLLA-KE30...A1%7C240%3A1318

paint 1st then do then when you pull the motor out of the car and what not to do the conversion then pain the engine bay aye!!! thats show i am doing mine!! and plus yellow isnt really a colour many people wanna copy lol so i think i am safe

that drawing looks shit house if thats what there going to look like i highly doubt that antbody will buy them it looks like there using camry lights, subaru motor gearbox and diff(thats a problem all of it's own) i don't like it in my oppion they should re invent the ae86 with the popup lights again but with a few more curves a reviewed and pumped 20v as the top model motor!! fail in my eyes!!! :y: :dance:

all the commodores i have owned have been fk'd in one way or another :dance: the ecotec motors like to sieze lifters aswell, i think it's the ecotec motor

yeah and on saturday hopefully i am waiting for some loosecruising idiot to come pick up my old ported sub box if he ever comes other then that there will be abit of wire tracing aswell for the neutral switch wires aswell!!! yeah i will be looking forward to seeing the progress when it's done aswell lol

So this weekend dash is coming out and the gauge insert is gonna be in :y: , then on sunday the crossmember is going in :dance: then, i am gonna throw some pistons into it then, bolt the motor to the gearbox, then put my headunit in the dash then run the 4 inch speakers so i have some form of music while i'm poor lol :)

so any progress on it man how is the 3k head going have you got it yet?

that is still a decent height man should be alot better handling than standard at least you wont get as much attention from the boys in blue :dance:

haha commodores are good cars i had a vp that axed a kangaroo at 60 and all it did was break the front bar and bar support, all commodores sound the same with an exhaust same as falcons and hilux's and lancers and rota's they all sound the same as the next car with an exhaust on it, they are good cars man, but not everybody can buy a good one man, it is just like a ke70/ae71 rolla without rust in under the fuel tank filler there is a few good ones out there but you have to search for ever to find them, same applies to non flogged commodores try to buy from an older person man they ALWAYS LOOK AFTER there cars man thats!!!

i don't actually know much about the older rolla's man but i do know that auto bahn or some1 like that will have or be able to get in a boss kit for like 90 bucks aye that wheels is cool man so even more of an excuse to belt shit with a hammer lol, as i said if your replacing the wheels anyway then get the chisel and hammer out and take the head off the screw!!

my mate had a vr sedan with super lows and skidders all round cained the ass off it and skidded it everywhere it only shit the gearbox after 2 yrs of constant thrashing i know this isnt what you want to hear but they are pretty reliable cars the only really common prob is the starter solinoid goes in them so it will get harder and harder to start them sometimes!!
