whats alll this about bmw e30 shocks fitting in a ke? rear I'm guessing

ratchet and a large pole :) leverage is the key mine took ages to get out as they were rusted on..... and just when you think it comes loose..it will tighten again but harder lol i was sweating after one bolt.. was a kent !!!!

for once i think I'm acctuly going to listen :y: as much as i would love the noise i know i will get over it after a little.. and i have been told that with a lightened flywheel it will be a little lumpy anyways.... so for what i have done you think a 621 is the right choice ? would i have to change anythig else? 6500rmp is high enough for my old 4k :wink:

32/36 might be too big but i know a few people using them and I'm doing a couple of other things that might help it not be so big ( if you get me) re jetting it for a 4k as well so that should help and i got a good con one for cheap so I'm going with it still.... now i need to know what specs to get my cam reground at.... been reading through the tough k motor buid thread and saw that i can do upto 0.400 lift without having to change the valve springs.... but to be honest thats about all i picked up as i really know nothing about cams. i don't might having to get bigger if that the right way of putting it springs as there not that $$$ but i would rather having to do it .... so i guess whats the biggest specs on a cam i can go with out having to really change anything else that would be worth doing? i drive up in the revs most the time so low down isn;t all that importaint. any help would be good

what year ke70 has the same bolt patten as ae86? as i have an 84 ke and I'm sure thats the last year they were made

Hey guys. I'm a noob when it comes to carby car and cams in general.... only worked on a Sr20 really.. so here is the gist Have a 4k in a 84 ke70... ATM everyting is stock on the engine bar a disc style filter. i have a 32/36 webber to go on it and an exhaust as well.... basically i want to know what cam i should run or can run without having to change to much stuff like valve springs ect ect... i wouldn;t mind some lump in my idle as that would be swell but more just want a bit more range and what not. also can anyone tell me a base guide on what jets to use in my carb so i know where to start the tuning around.
