Yeah, There is 2 pickup in the dizzy, one is for spark and the other is for the injector signal.

(Trev posting). This normally happens when the signal from the pickup on the dizzy is not getting sent back to the ECU, Either because you have a dead pickup or a broken wire, If you are Brisbane local I can have a look for you.
