Went along as part of the TCCA teams to the Phillip Island 6 hour. 1st time at the track, can't wait to have another crack. Couple of pics and this is in car vid of my first session on race day. It starts at the end of my warm up lap. As it rained throughout the day there were lots of saftey cars. Had to back out of it as kept going too fast as due to expected rain we pushed all our team times back 10 seconds. [/url]

I spoke to city councillor who said he reckons its dead in the water, so don't hold your breath wating ofr the track. You shoud come over to a rosewood event one day

Ran slicks at Winton for first time on a really hot day and did a 1.44.28

the spoiler is just standard, its the white paint makes it look a bit different. Wheels are ROH, paid $50 for all 4. Gave them a coat of 2 pack and they came up unreal.

Did a 1.44.29 today so not bad for a hot day at the track

Hey anyone going to the next Winton Tampered Day March 11? We have finished the refresh of the 92 and now its running slicks so keen to see what speed we can get out of it. Also will be bringing the 82 down for a few laps.

they reckon it will be rdy for next weekend so we can fit it. On 17th we going to rosewood to the skid pan so that will test it out as lots of revs on full lock :)

The calipers I recall were a lot lighter than stock and the rotor is massive compared to standard. Sorry I can't recall all the specs but I can recommend them, they made a really big difference to our braking performance

Good to have a goal mitch and a V8SC record is something that can give others a good understanding of how quick it is in real terms as its the most popular racing category in the country. NIce pick up on the rev limit thing, you demonstrated again that you know what your talking about.

Brakes have been awesome and still running same pads, not had to change them at all yet and its done Wakefield and Winton 6 hour with multiple drivers. The car has now had the gaurds flared so we can lower it and water injection setup to cool intake charge. New coat of paint in the AE82 Twin Cam red going on next weekend.
