Thats normally set in the notifications of the topic you are tracking....
My controls - Subscriptions - View topics, find the topic that is sending you the emails, tick the box next to it and then select from the drop down box "Change to: Daily/weekly email digest"

Gotta check the little box that says "Put a copy in my sent box". Its been a gripe for a while so I might default that checkbox to on.

Thats what seat covers were invented for....not only do they protect the seat from wear and tear (a small amount) they also stop your ass and back from getting 3rd degree burns on a nice hot aussie 35 degree day. :)

Had one pull out on me yesterday in a 100 kay zone, he did a big single wheeler then proceeded to catch a couple of cars coming into a country town as we hit the 80 zone. He swerved out to overtake the first, swerved back in , then swerved out to overtake another car, pulling back in just in time to miss an oncoming car. Then as we hit the 60 kay zone he slows down to 50 holding up everyone behind him. :wink:
One of my biggest hates on the road is people that overtake and then want to do 10k's under the posted speed limit. I'm fine if you wanna overtake me, just don't f@$king hold me up after you've decided you don't wanna go that fast.
Also people that drive with driving lights or high beams on all the time....most driving lights are 100w or over, and don't have sectioning in the lamp lense to direct the light away from oncoming cars or peoples rear vision mirrors. The supra has them, i don't turn them on unless i'm using highbeam and normally thats when i'm driving out where there is no street lights.
I think thats my first actual grind my gears post, that i actually grinded gears about something. rofl.

Well what would you do if you had a 5l out of an ss and a ke30?
Sell the 5L or paint it blue and send it to the bottom of the deep blue where it belongs. With the money you get from selling the 5L....you may be able to put a decent engine in the corolla without actually butchering it.

I did turn up, bit too late though..... lol
set my alarm for 8ish, heard alarm go off, hit snooze.....someone with a mower woke me up about 11:30. Whoops. Must of needed the sleep i gather. I did end up taking the rolla out there, but you guys had already left....so i got some lunch and cruised home again. I'll be out friday night hopefully. :)

just what i expected...
the ONLY factory part of that car is the floor pan everything else is made in house at 888 engineering
over 1000 man hours and close to $150,000 sitting there
not a single comment about the work or engineering involved ..all about ford vs holden
they are the same less body shape since project blueprint
all suspension pickup point and configuration, gearbox diff engine components etc
just because it isn't a 25 yr old corolla it's apparently rubbish
i know what i'd rather drive
Bit of a shame really aint it. Props to the work involved though....that shit don't come cheap when its in a crumpled mess at one of the many racetracks they compete at. :jamie:
Also if you notice, lowndes's car (probably because of ford pulling the sponsorship) has no Ford badges on it ANYWHERE.....not even the front grill logo, its a Hogs Breath Hog head. I agree the man can steer though.
