  1. I've driven highly modified cars for close enough to 20 years.

In that time I've never been defected and lost a total of 2 points to speed cameras.

It's all about attitude and respect

Ditto. Give someone attitude and you are going to get it back. Doesnt matter what it is.

Also helps if you know some of the rules.... :jamie:

  2. Where does it say in this thread (or the other one for that matter) that we made him apologise.....or even wanted an apology.

Maybe the comments werent needed or wanted, however a bit of lighthearted fun never hurt anyone....

  3. Yes, twas a bit of fun......some people need to lighten up a little.

The OP's thread was just as random as any of the posts that were made into the thread.....also if you actually read the thread, there was no flamage.....just random posts.

    Case Closed.

  4. The Car in those vids is grover.... vvvv Sig for details....and no its not a Rotor....its definately a 5K, but apparently according to the cops it doesnt look or sound like a toyota engine. Go figure.

And you don't realise how many times i've been asked if its a rotor.....my standard response now is, "yeah mate....13B bridgy."

  5. Spotted this arvo on the way home about 5:15pm on Norris rd/Barbour rd roundabout in Bracken Ridge, heading towards coles. Nice looking Red KE55? (didnt get a good look cause i was concentrating on the roundabout) black front lip and a RC sticker on the drivers side. Looks good mate, i was the one in the Dark green JZA70 Supra....unfortunately was just too busy to wave.

  6. To create a cooler plug, but keeping the standard style plug that the dished piston engines run, close the gap from 1.1mm, to 1.0mm. This is a technique used by owners of cars on gas, to create a cooler plug if their variety isn't available. The technical reasoning behind this is that the spark surface area is decreased, such that complete ignition takes longer to propagate.

The spark plugs he has in the engine "should" have been regapped to 0.8mm as per standard spark plugs in a normal 4k engine.
