And I need to find a 5k block! Any idea on what fuel pressure I'll need.. Plan on 15-20 psi.. Looking for what regulator and pump will suit..

Currently in process of buying parts to build a 5k drawthrough turbo.. what I'm curious about is what are the finer details i may be forgetting about? I'm thinking fuel pump and reg? would this be advisable or would this be useless in drawthrough? msd boost timing thing? what other items my be required that I'm not thinking of? apart from the obvious engine build parts? i know drawthrough is not the best way, but keeping it old skool and i don't want to chop/drill or do any damage to my body

looks like the granny will be getting boosted..... got turbo setup.. got head, got push rods, getting lifters... just need 5k bottom end.... Can anyone help?? hoping for 80-100rwkw... but will be running standard 4 speed and diff.. so i don't have to chop or do anything stupid..

Anyone got rough idea how much power would be required to run high 13s low 14s in a ke10?? Been trying to read the thread but too many pages to read on a little phone..

brief update on my ke10s 4age Currently runs but needs body work. And I have purchased the old turbo kit I owned to fit on a 4k in my granny mobile.. Simple draw through su turbo.. But a little boost will hopefully keep me up with traffic.. Wouldn't mind boosting a standard 1100 k block if anyone has a spare. :)

Just wondering what people's experiences are with exhaust sizes on boosted k's. Will be running a 4k to start with plans to fit 5k bottom end later for lower c.r Getting given a new 3" exhaust from my brothers 1jz corona.. I know its big... But will it work? Because the price is right. Cheers

Can a ke10 extension housing go on a k50? I have no idea how these things work, so probably not....

sprayed inlet, replaced and set points with dwell.. found one lead looks suspisious so have replaced that... will see how the old girl goes tomorrow.. figured it would be something simple... so if its the lead.. I'm happy.. hopefully not motor as i want to pull it out and preserve the old thing before it gets too many kms on it

Hey, my Ke10 started running crap and farting on idle.. and seemed to get worse. Changed the plugs and it got better... for maybe 100-200kms, now its gone to s*** again.. Any ideas? I'm thinking maybe inlet manifold leak causing it to lean out or possibly burnt valve? Ideas?

I know the typical answer.. yes it can be done.. But I don't want to change shifter position in my second owner ke10. How hard is it to change the shifter extension on a different box? and what would be the easiest or strongest upgrade? if there is any difference? Can someone with little knowledge do it? or is it a job for a professional? Couldnt find the answer anywhere? i have seen it before but couldnt find it now.. Gearbox is getting harder to change gears, and i have a ke20 box here so just curious. Cheers

Anyone have a manual for a 'k' motor they could tell me the points gap? I can't seem to find it on the net.. and unsure if its the same as a 3k or 4k..

sounds like a good wedding.. I used my rotary ke11 as my wedding car but thats gone..
