does anyone know where i can get some panels for me KE35 hardtop in rural nsw and also how hard is it to modify the panelvan doors to hardtop style as the panelvan ones have a frame around the top of the doors and the hardtop ones don't but are the same length any help would be appreciated

i considered doin the same try talkin to castlemain rod shop or even V6conversions moree they could give you some pointers and also help with makin up crossmembers and stuff for fitting i decided to stick with toyota stuff instead did have the v6 sittin in me car and theres definetly enough room for it

can anyone think of anything else that might need to be done to the car for this engine to fit

hi i was contemplating puttin the 3tgte engine in me ke35 corolla hardtop but engineer said i need to upgrade suspension diff body strength brakes gearbox but having trouble sourcing suitable parts for these things any help would be greatful :D or does anyone know of another powerplant that would be easier swap for engineering purposes :hmm:

g'day just wondering if anyone can tell me who can do aftermarket suspension and big brake package for my ke35 corolla hardtop and also will a celica 5spd bolt to my 3sgte motor

ok settled on a colour high sparkle silver basecoat with wild violet top coat and a violet to green pearl

it's already done to rwd format

well got me engine on saturday picked up a fully worked 3sgte turbo engine for a measily $200 because he wanted it out of the shed he had it built but before he got it in his car he wrote it off engine is still wrapped up like a chrissy present and he also threw in two racing bucket seats :no2: the mob that built the engine said it could easily do 200-250kw and another thing need to know what mods do u wreckin i will need to do to fit and run the engine what upgrades would i need to do to brakes, diff, and anything else (never used one of these motors before)

tell me about it its the most interesting car i have owned other than the pulsar (won't go there) might get it rechecked by revs or the police before i continue with the restoration to see if it has any arrest warrants out on it LOL

the metallic purple i was thinkin off is the new VE commodore colour the light purple

got in to the boot plenty of boxes, big mac wrappers, 3 nappy's , 2x wheel braces, 3x jacks (not working), 2x shifters both seized, 2x rabbits (.R.I.P.), half a pack of smokes (camel), 2x steel chrome wheels with low profile retreads not to bad a hawl out of the boot oh also found the keys for it LOL

can't get at it that way because the fuel tank and rubbish is stopping me thought i could thats why i took the rear seat out

i haven't even cleaned out the boot yet don't have any keys that will unlock it to see whats in there might have to get the slide hammer to the lock tomorrow

took the back seat out today i found 10 syringes 4 teaspoons a lighter couple of .22 bullets a petrified mouse and some more coins lol :P

when i had my sedan i gave it hell it started losing cylinders but kept going after 12months it went to one cylinder thats when i changed it even tho it was still running (even though it didn't idle properly)
