hey guys this goes out to all exhaust specalists! just recently got a new exhaust right changed from my standard 1 the new system consists of - 2" system - Resonator - SuperHi Flo Catback muffler - Sports Exhaust with 3.5" chrome dump pipe the car is acting VERY weird since ive got the new exhaust, when i am driving along and then i want to plant it/flog it/foot flat down lol, it will go put put put and the revs will go low but then the car will slowly climb and go hard?? its like theres no power or horse power but the system should be making it better not worse? any help would be great, the only problem i can think of is mabey the carby needs rejetting to suit the new system but yeh ??????????????????????

hahaha yeh mate when we done myne we done a complete dodgy lol and disconnected the whole strut so you could manually put the springs in lol yeh the first 1 was hard the second was easy but u shouldnt f@$k it just yeh

yeh the 4k stays and isnt a 32/36 downdraft webber too big and fairly expensive ?? what car are the out of? there is one on ebay for 600 and thats 2 much 4 me??

hey guys just need help for a moment i want more power! bad but i think I'm going to need a bigger carby what carby is the best for power that i can find commonly that will fit my 4k also the wont cost me an arm and a leg?? if you could tell me those simple answers that would be greatly appreciated I'm looking for enough power to smoke the tyres in otherwords? lol

hey guys i am looking to buy these will the fit and if they do do they apply much power ??? also do you need to modify the stock 4k for and fitments??

yeh guys they are 15x8 and i work at repco and was luckey enought to get everything cheap tacho 90 the rims have 4" dish they were a special order and are 0 offset thanks 4 the comments

yeh thanks for that guys myne atm with the cannon DRONES BAD! lol vibrates the whole car even the corin in the ashtray shake, but the fact is that its fun to have a loud car but I'm thinking more towards the performance now will there be much diff with the extractors and sports exhaust??? plus cannons look tacky cheap shit to make ur shitbox a bit better but yeh

hey guys ive got my standard exhaust with a cannon on and it sounds a wonder i just love it -its got quite a bit of backfire -doesnt sound shit for a cannon actually sounds relly good and loud !! But ive ordered extractors and am going to get a 2" system with a sports exhaust MY QUESTION IS- will it still sound good?? i love the cannon and if the sports exhaust wont sound as good or good at all then I'm pulling out on the booking with muffler fit has anyone out there got extractors on the 4kc with a sports exhaust like what i want bcz I'm not sure if its going to be what i want??

hahahah thanks guys for a heads up never ring lukeys exhaust parts bcz they priced me 320 4 the extractors lol so yeh what about a good carby and cam grind places where do i go to get these to others!!! thanks guys

where does every one get their 4k extractors from?? I'm having a seriously hard time getting some for myne and muffler places or recomendations because i need some! if any 1 has any they want to sell let me know 2

hey just wondering to all the people who have actually gone throught the process of importing a car?? -where there any dramas - did it cost allot to get it here and register it?? -who did you deal with to make life easier like an importer?? \ just the basics because it has been on my mind allot latley and was just wondering if its as much of a hassle as most people think??

man dnt know where ur at with it but myne was running shithouse and i got the carby completly redone with akit and yeh myne was the carby and it is usually the case goodluck though

ok guys this has gotten pretty out of hand for me so after todays work i have gotten no where! i gave crow cams a call today and all they said about a cam for " the old 4k " is that they havent had anything to do with the k mortors for about 3-5 years and wanted nothing to do with me and havent had any sucess on a bigger carby so now I'm asking for help if anyone out there has a bigger carby and cam they want to sell or knows a exact supplyer for these items because I'm not resting till i get em lol i need at least 70hp hahahah anyway if anyone has anymore info or shit to sell me pm me or reply bcz this is seemin harder than i thought thanks in advance if anyone can help!

yeh thanks 4 that yeh ive been through that but I'm looking for exact like u know 4 some 1 to say yeh i using this carby with ...this cam u know so i can just order 1 in or buy 1 either way i need a bigger carby and a cam

hey I'm going to get -extractors -cam -and a bigger carby -also 2 or 2.5" system this is all for my 4k engine because i want to have fun while I'm on my p's so what I'm asking is exactly what carby i should get and cam, I'm asking from people who have upgraded their engine to doing this already or have done it before?? I'm going to order the exhaust stuff and extractors but i need people to tell me what cam and carby fits straight on any help would be great thanks I'm not going to bore out any heads this is as far as I'm going with the 4k

oi i was thinking the same thing ay lol i was thinking that mabey some of these hilux chrome bars could fit but like your post says wee need measurements lol has anyone got hilux chrome bumpers and fitted them to a ke70????
