Not so sure on other people here yet. They better start reading this and getting their arse into gear.

 

I'd also set a date for the final deposits to be made and anything after that wont be accepted as we NEED definate numbers.

 

So people, get your butt into gear, you have a month and a half which is plenty of notice to get time off work, organise finances etc etc.

Yeah, good idea about the cut off date. If we end up with 2 or 3 people coming without a deposit its ok... but more than that would be a killer!

I've got an 8 person tent, but no way I'm fitting that in the supra. The back seat will be folded down as it is with all the gear we'll be taking along.
