hey guys I'm just wondering were i can get a good cam fort my 5k motor in sydney. Thanks

sometimes people ask so that other people that have used and tried different cams can give some more personal help other than just saying faq, its a tiny bit annoying no offence

And its a tiny bit annoying when people ask for a "good cam" without specifying what they want the motor to do. For all I know its a speedway car. 320 degrees duration and 10,000rpm peek HP Fully Sick Bro!

Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer.

The FAQ actually does have good info on camshafts, but apparently no one uses the FAQ anymore....

Hey guys i know which cam i want to get, and i have looked at the faq and the cam that I'm certain on getting is the ce701, but not 100% sure. The reason ive opened this thread is to ask where i can buy a camshaft alone and then put it in the motor myself, instead of taking it to mechanics and paying a fortune. Sorry if i have asked the question to vaugely.

just buy a spare cam. i think someone on here is giving one away free at the moment.

then take it in and get it ground. don't like it, try again

the faq has decent info on a number of the cams listed.

have you read it asaspotatos?
