Ke50 Posted December 10, 2006 Report Posted December 10, 2006 Hey everyone, I picked this up after having sold my old rolla (ke50) a while ago and driving the old mans valiant in between. Its actually quite tidy considering. I bought it pretty much as is so the only things done so far is new Motul 4100 oil and ngk iridium spark plugs. I know it needs coilovers and yes I'm getting rid of those spew worthy side skirts haha. i know its not a rolla... but i just thought id show everyone what i ended up getting. current specs as follows: 1989 NISSAN SILVIA Ks 112,000 Engine: 1.8L of nissans finest :P -HKS SSQ Blow off valve -Pod filter -New Walbro 500hp fuel pump -New fuel line -Perishable hoses have been replaced Interior: -Pioneer CD/MP3 head unit -Boost gauge -Drift button -Nardi wheel -Crome gear knob Exterior: -New paint custom midnight blue with a pearl flake -Vertex front bar, veilside side skirts, unknown rear pods...anyone know? -15" wheels any comments/suggestions etc are very welcome :(.... i know its not really "pig spec" yet.. but its a work in progress... it will get there Quote

Ke50 Posted May 18, 2009 Author Report Posted May 18, 2009 (edited) update for old thread!! haha been like this for a few months now...almost everything suspension wise is aftermarket and adjustable... just about to put new built engine in consisting of: CA18 tomei 2lt stroker kit (forged pistons and crank and genuine new tomei piston rings) hks 264 8.5mm cams ported inlet manifold with butterflies removed and sr20de throttle body greddy t517z turbo nismo fpr splitfire coilpacks fully prepped and built including bored oil drainbacks and extended and baffled sump. arp studs and bolts everywhere full gasket and seal kit npc 5 puck sprung button clutch walbro 500hp intank pump bosch 044 motorsport external pump surge tank Adaptronic ecu plus all the new bit associated with a rebuild (water pump, pulleys, belts etc etc) comes out in HPI issue 111 so keep your eyes out for it! :) Edited May 18, 2009 by Ke50 Quote

Ke50 Posted May 19, 2009 Author Report Posted May 19, 2009 hey thanks for the replies, no engine bay pic as new engine not properly fitted in the car yet. hopefully finnished mid next week. my goal for power is around 280hp atw on around 1 bar. should make that quite comfortably, will update when engine is in and tuned if people are interested.
