The ET turbo pulsar/exa has a pop off valve, It is situated after the butterfly and relieves manifold pressure, They still make a noise but it is fairly quiet. Quote

doityourself Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 a $2 plumbing plug from Bunnings can fix the overboost valve. step 1 - remove overboost valve step2 - install plug result - no overboost relief, works great for boost application of 9psi or more. Quote
