JapTastic Posted September 15, 2003 Report Posted September 15, 2003 Dem: you should somehow do a holden 5 stud conversion...there countless HQ's and whatnot with wideass Jellybeans :P Quote

demuire Posted September 15, 2003 Report Posted September 15, 2003 Japtastic: Scary thing is I'm actually considering a front brake conversion that would involve a 5 stud conversion... Now I just have to find a diff to suit! I thought of the old Torana at first (it's the right length, and LSD is available though not that common) but then discovered ratios are wrong, and stud pattern, while being 5 stud, is also wrong. Oh well. Anyone know any other car with a 5 stud HQ onwards pattern that isn't very wide? Quote
Nitephyre Posted September 21, 2003 Author Report Posted September 21, 2003 whats happening? at the moment, not much... all ive done is replaced a tail light, interior light and a seatbelt stalk, plus starting to prepare masonite sheets for the interior, which i think i might do in a crushed velvet of some colour, either red or black.. depends if i can afford a respray, and what colour i do get :blinks: got my loan... although its looking like my budgets are not realistic to do anything good :/ i do have pics now though @ http://82van.nitephyre.cjb.net if anyone knows where i can get good, but cheap rust repairs and resprays, i would be very interested :) Quote
