Is the AE72 close to the same as the AE71? Mine has a $ac in it, too, and was wondering if the engine will bolt right in, or if I need mounts.

don't VL turbo's run a Jatco 4spd auto? Trimatics can be kitted to take a huge amount of power, you just need $$$.

Beerhead, your right, the vls did run that auto. I was talking about the ones that get converted... I have seen plenty of them done. They don't sap much power and when you throw money at them the hold on really well... much better power wise than the th350 conversion.
