Your not gunna get a normal grill over that cooler how it is mate, you'd have to cut away like 50% of it. If you could push the cooler back hard against the rad nearly. then you might have a chance. :dance:

 

Can you take a pic or 2 of the exhaust manifold? I'm just about to get a custom one made too, but mine'l be down and back instead of forward and up. Did you spin the main body of the turbo on the housings to keep the oil feed on top?

 

Also you got a fuel reg yet? I know were theres one here in a shop, and they're not all that easy to find!!

i knew i wouldnt get a grill over the cooler but i still need something to work with, the cooler had to be mounted that far forward so i could fit my pipes in. i got a reg and pump i just have to weld up my surge tank. as for pics of manifold, they wont be much good to you cos i wrapped it already. I'm hoping for 150 ponies at the wheels, might be dreaming but ill just have to wait and see she shuold be running next weekend.

^^ in a way maybe.. but its different.. id crack up laughing if i had a turbo 4k along side me at a set of lights.. mad little sleeper!!

Yeah haven't had a chance to run mine on 22 PSI after the tune cause the clutch wont hold,damn it. :lolcry:

no nitrous, the clutch is slipping and its got a nasty miss...... still very happy with power it has made so far ;-)

Just to let you know the T25 will be out of legs by ~150RWkW. so you've still got plenty of room there.

My T25 has made 149RwKw and shows no signs of laying down, might add i have a larger comp wheel. :o

:D I'm just speculating here, but the larger compressor whill might have something to do with that.

A proper manifold is where its at Si, so much is lost from a J pipe from thermal expansion
