I have 15" x 7" on my KE30. +5 offset on the front and +25 on the rear.

If I had the +25 on the front they hit the strut, so i have them on the rear.

I have +5 on the front (i guess they are +2 now that i had 3mm machined off them) and they clear the strut by <10mm. The fill out the front gaurds nicely.

The rear wheels sit in a bit further than i would have hoped, but since i refuse to run spacers and i purchased the wheels 2nd hand off a Datsun........I have learnt to live with it.

I've got 14x7 +8 MA61 mags on the 55, they don't scrub on either the struts at the front or the leaves at the rear, but they do stick out slightly from the guards. Suspension is stock and stiff enough though so they never scrub on the guards even when the car is fully loaded

thanks for that... so do you reckon i'll get away with it then ...

excuse my ignorance i don't have a clue when it comes to things like offset.. is it the lesser the offset the more the wheels will stick out of the guards and vise versa ???

if they where =5 and you had 2m taken off that would make them +7

it mostly depends on the tyres you use...

When comparing wheels, assuming they are the same width, a high positive offset (like +30 or higher) will stick out less than those with a low positive offset or negative offset (like +20 or lower)

In case you didn't know, offset refers to the distance between the back mounting face of the rim (think of the bit which touches the hub) and the centre-line of the wheel. Dish usually means low positve or negative offset
