I am going to do my best not to be like that as a father, rather embrace their hobbies but giving them some boundaries etc in regards to how to use things like sheds etc

 

Don't speak too soon, their hobby might just be "building a speed lab in dads shed"

 

 

While me and my friends where under the harbour bridge on NYE just before the midnight fireworks went off, a gross couple started having drunken sex behind us in the middle of the road! :S The man was like 50 and she was like 18-20 :( Then it turned into a threesome with another even younger looking girl, omg it was gross! Then the cops broke then up thank god :)

I do alot of driving, works just under 30km away and can't even get a lift with someone as they all live out the other side of the city.

 

Will DEFINATLY be appealing this. Should get it back tho, I wasnt doing anything silly (skids, speeding, DUI, etc)

why did you lose it?

by appeal do you mean apply for a restricted license or actually fight the charge?

I lost it for loss of demerits.

 

We only get 4 over here on our P plates. I lost 1 point 6 months ago for not having my headlights on (had parkers on) on a well lit main rd (couldnt tell i didnt have em on)

 

and lost the other 3 in the accident i had (failing to give way).

 

and by appeal i mean, prove to the judge i need my licence and if i win I'll get my licence back with only 1 point. so if i fark up for the tinyest thing, thats it.

yup, like a good behaviour bond we get up here, but don't have to appeal for it the first time, just tick the box

My phone buzzes. I got a voicemail message. I check it and it is from sunday saying to call them back as its urgent.

1. My phone didn't ring.

2. 4 days later to alert me of the message??!!!!

 

Poor service and yet again didn't speak to anyone in the country. Ended up hanging up in the end.

Can't stand voicemail, too expensive and, as far as i'm considered, pointless - text me a message or just ring me back.

 

 

Found out today - my supervisor is the "golden child". A few weeks back he almost ran over one of my work mates (driving forwards then out of the blue slammed it into reverse, didn't brake and didn't even bother looking back) and yesterday came close to impaling someone else with one of the forks. Both times reported and i told both the bosses that i don't feel too safe when he's on the forklift, "that's why you have to stand clear of the forklift.", "Oh, don't worry i'm extra careful when he's on it....." and the looks i received was like a lead balloon :lolcry:

I've still got a sore throat after 5 days so far. Hoping its gone by Saturday morning. I don't want to be sick on my holiday. Too much drinking to be done there :lolcry:
