hello ladies and gent.

 

i recently decided that a ca18 ke70 panel van project was just to big for my first project. instead i bought the ke70 off my girlfriend. the big ends are stuffed so with the help of nathan the guch mechanic I'm gonna fully rebuild and work the 4k. its a sexy biege 82 sedan, its about 80% rust free, with only two little cracks in the dash, and the bonnet and left fender have tiny little dents in them, so its prity much in awesome condition.

I'm gona b doin a detalied pik blog type thing on here. i just wanna see if i can do it. anyway.

did the quad light convertion last night...

headlights and surrounds out.

 

brackets and all out.

 

bumper off.

 

we had to mark out where had to be cut out for the new surrounds to fit in

 

cut out and just sprayd some paint on so it doesnt rust to bad. just for now

 

guch stripping the wires haha

 

yes wiring. how fun. (harneses and globes kindly donated by the donor rona)

its got cut springs now.

forgot to say. no park lights atm. I'm trying to find some lenses for them.

I'm picking up a boss kit tomorrow so it should be on soon.

thats a cool wheel man I've never seen one before! I thought Tom's mainly did external parts and mild engine stuff. Cashie's will teach you a thing or two

yeah no one ive shown or told about it has any idea what its off. its in realy good condition aswell

as I'm sure everyone on here is aware plans change.

i wanted to rebuild and work the 4k, seeing as 4age is the prefirred option. but after looking into it and shopping around for parts etc etc its gonna b a waste of time and money.

 

so its gonna b anutha 4age ke70. which in the long run i spose will be heaps better.

 

i have my eye on a 16v 4age with a box for $1500, but the shop that has it is shut over the xmas break so all thorts of engine work have been put on hold.

 

so over the next 2 weeks I'm gonna be working on the interior (doing the door trims ect myself) and a stereo. and start thinking bout colours.

 

so far my idea is orange and black on the inside,

and a (bright) Pikachu yellow for the out side (hence the corollachu)

 

this is all for now.

I'm not sure if its 100kw, but it comes with wiring, ecu, etc.
