intercoolers can drop temperatures to below atmo, depending on your speed and how much air they get, but not by a great deal, not enough to even begin making this plausible.

I was thinking a water sprayer might help some too... either way, TOTALLY Hondaphile logic...

 

My brother is one... Thought it might be a good idea to bolt on a set of huge rims , bash a hole through the cat and stick a 6 inch barrel 5 inch tip muffler to increase the "performance" on his rock stock 96 civic auto... oh, and he thinks he's a hardcore drifter... mwahahahaha!!!
