work needed in the west asap will do pretty much anything for work

 

i have just lost my 3rd job due to going away for drifting commitents so it sucks to say the least :dance:

 

i have a fork licence

 

but no car licence till the 28th of next month but i have people that help me get around

 

please no smart arse crap i genuinly need work asap

 

i would appreciate if this be left here at least for a few days thanks mods

Experiance would help, chuck all of your qualifications up there.

mainly transport and logistics experience

 

i.t litterate

 

good on forklifts incl reach exp

 

and I'm fit as a fiddle

If you like painting houses i know a guy that might try you out, boss lives in Mitcham, supervisor lives in Frankston. If you can travel out to eaither destination's, there might be work for ya. Job could be in west suburbs but not sure, Big difference from driving trucks but hey, its money.

Havent talked to him yet so no promises.

If ya got a fork ticket try a employment agency like Skilled. I work at Bluescope and we employ alot of casuals from them.

Its a bit of a side issue. But apparently Forklift licenses are soon to be a thing of the past.

 

I just got mine and its classed as a "Certificate to perform high risk work" or something like that. Apparently if you already have an existing forklift license you can go to the post office and fill out a certain form, and pay a fee to get the new style card. Might be worthwhile looking into it if you havent already done so.

Yeah my work gave me something about that. I have to register with Worksafe or some other mob over the net cause they are photo licences now. Bugger!! I'll have to get on to that
