Dregs here, with the 83 slant face keto with the 4k.

 

i've got a pod and a piece of suitable piping to put ontop of my stocko carby (was gunna upgrade carby but couldn't be bothered, not going to have the car for long). Seen in someone elses thread that they put like a box ontop of the carby to attach the pipe to, but thats not my question.

 

my question IS is there a filter air box from another car that i can mod to put the pod into it? then secure it to the engine bay? to make it popo passing? i've been looking on ebay and i should've just bought one brand new with a filter in it haha.

 

anyway any help would be appreciated!

nothing will be an oem looking fit, id suggest you measure your filter and find a large stock box to suit...ie a falcon item

i rekon its a waste of time in my opinion

if its too much hassle i can't be bothered. its just sitting there tho, just staring me down saying "do something with me!"

Have you had a look under the seat in a hiace or liteace van, as they have a remote filter and you may be able to adapt it to suit?

its just staring at me tho.

 

and it makes the little 4k growl, ahha
