How much did you end up paying for the seats and door cards?

Not having much luck, I brought my flywheel in to guy in Bris machined and lighten within the hour, sounds abit rough how long the head is taking, clutches are over rated haha can still drive her home

is the surface of the head grinded in to the spark plug tubs? you know if it shaved a lot when it gets into them

hey as some of you already know that i had a ke70 with a 4agze then got a ke20 with worked 4k in it, selling my ke20 was the biggest regret i had so from that point i always wanted to get another one so now I'm back in the rolla scene with a fleet of cars. so i started by finding a ke20 on gumtree, car was in pretty bad condition and missing a lot of parts. it was mid way though a ca18det conversion when i snapped it up as i said she was had a ca18det and rb20 gearbox in it before i got it so was left with cut tunnel :S first thing was to do is weld a tunnel in so after hours with the welder the whole was filled, i planed to put a 4k in so next i fitted a 4k and 5speed box. gave the engine bay a bit of matt black paint to get rid of the horrible mustard then started on stripping her back to bare metal for the respray and her in epoxy primer and that about how she stands, got the bonnet and boot and doors in epoxy and just fixing some rust in the bonnet and boot will hopefully get the whole car in 2k primer soon then will be getting and nice white 2k respray so plans are just nice and stock 4k low on stock wheels kind want to looks like original as i got 2 over cars with some crazy plans for thanks roo

You will have bugger all room at the back I had to change my water fitting on the back of my 4age 16v to a rwd just to stop it hitting the firewall

doesn't look to bad, but its good that you are find it all now so you can fix it before it gets worst good luck with it will be keeping my eye on the thread as I'm doing pretty much the same build but a 4agte instead of 7age

is this on the gold coast? mate keeps telling about a ke25 thats getting around with mk2 and meshies

how did the brakes go with the paint on the rotors? that would ok been a scary first drive

nope, its a different diff ae86 would be a s or t series diff ae71 would be a bw

they all live on the brown car, the yellow car had rust in the rails, so it went all onto the brown one bonnet is on it, i sold the diff centre to the guy with the matt black ke20 drag car, rest of the diff is living at the tip, lcas went with the car

rip a skid, what you doing today might have to come checky it out

my 4agze wont boost with no load but the moment i touch the throttle its gots to 0 vac is the engine noisey? any knocking ticking? my 4agze wouldnt boost as my knock sensor was picking up on my cam shims that needed adjusting, the boost gauge should connect straight into the nipple on the intake manifold (after the sc) where you at i could come have a looky if you want I'm not that good at engines but might be able to get running abit better evan g i have hit 14psi at 1400rpms now thats fun :jamie:

is the engine boosting? or is it the gauge

box is too clean for a t50 put some grease on it

well went with luke and got some photos today, i reckon the mrk3s look good on it

yea wont be able to run 20psi though a sc12, i run 16 psi though mine and it melted the sc rotors in one 5min drive then it went in the bin, anything other 10psi is just blowing hot air, i got a massive front moutn and still get hot air on 10psi. my car was fast running 10psi over the 16psi too go a sc14 run 12psi and be done with it

good stuff, but you don't need to earth it to the battery. anywhere on the car body will do

they bolt in and grill clips in but have to mod the beaver panel or get a jdm one
