yo. just sold my motorbike, decided to get a car. mates got a corolla sx. hell of a fast car. name is jd.

 

so i decided to burn him and get the same car.

too bad I'm poor and decided to buy a cs version.

 

its got 9 months rego and i got it for 700 bucks.

wen i got it, it looked crap but after spending 300 bucks on it, this is what ive come up with.

 

300 including the system (H)

 

planning to do a 20v silvertop conversion. when i get the papers.

like the mechanic said, paper talks. guess I'm not gonna be talking for a while . lol

oh yea, its a carby. TUNED CARBY. but still, a carby

yooo guys.

 

yea its got like 220-k kms.

 

well with the suspension i wanna get the lovells supa lows.

also wanna get the coil overs , strut bars, rear sway bars and stuff.

 

my mates got coilovers and he keeps rubbing it in.

 

derno man, wenever i got the papers ill start working on it.

 

 

do u guys have any idea how i can maximise the power of my carby?

 

coz ive started tuning my carby with help on the net and so far i have seen some good increase in pull and power.

ive already got a cold air intake but yea any help would be appreciated.

How many you got on the back ?

I've got just sedan of this version.. I got my numberplate below the drivers side indicator looks mean :)..

Nice pick up for 700 looks awesome.

how have you tuned it? i have the same engine, but interested in trying to get a little more out of it

yo man. yea u just gotta take the carby off. and then in the carby u will see a screw. with that screw depending on if u tighten it or loosen. the more u tighten , the less petrol will be used, but the looser the more petrol. u gotta do trial and error to see how tight or loose u gotta have it to get maximum power. But yea, on the net said something about if it has to much petrol then it will just "bog" or sum shit. too little and the car will just clonk out.

If you want something faster to replace it with, Ive got a seca the same model, originally 4AFE, with a 4AGE conversion.

 

green, lowered, exhaust etc. goes like shit off a shovel.
