Were Australian Ae86s Fwd?

lol, he says your wrong, and the ae80 was the last rwd and the ae86 was the first fwd :P

 

oh dear me, tell your dad he needs to go back and learn a few more things about toyota,

 

because the ae8* chassis was the cross over from rwd to fwd

 

ae86 = rwd

 

ae80/82 = fwd

Tell him not to get confused with the later FWD sprinters, They are not AE86's.

 

he also said ae86s and sprinters had nothing to do with each other

he worked in toyota dealerships from 1980 or so untill the early 90's :P

 

i think he's confused with ae80s or somthing
