Clown Posted July 3, 2005 Author Report Posted July 3, 2005 looking at spraying dash, few guages (tacho, oil pressue, boost, air/fuel), Nardi wheel (not your typical drift one), r33 gts-t seats etc. Need to sort out $$$ situation so just after some ideas. Quote
Josho Posted July 4, 2005 Report Posted July 4, 2005 Josho: That's not stock, I see an aftermarket radio :D Do'h, someone noticed! I've still got the little cover that was there in stock form... does that count? :P Quote
Jason Posted July 4, 2005 Report Posted July 4, 2005 I'm hoping to try my luck at fiberglassing the metal piece so the boost and soon to come oil temp gauge can actuality been seen at a sane viewing angle :P Quote
Jason Posted July 4, 2005 Report Posted July 4, 2005 heheheeh :y: well its convinced my friends the the rollas going to be cool :P Some one do there interrior pimp white :( the marine vinyl for the door trims in white looks soooo phat! But then i thought about how dirty its going to get :D Quote
demuire Posted July 4, 2005 Report Posted July 4, 2005 Marine vinyl? I recon you should have gone with... PINK FUR :P Or suede. Suede is cool. Expensive, but cool. Even better yet, alcantra. Mmm... Quote
demuire Posted July 4, 2005 Report Posted July 4, 2005 What about like, rubber sheeting? I recon that would be cool :P For one thing, it would probably make pretty good sound deadening. :D Quote
Super Jamie Posted July 4, 2005 Report Posted July 4, 2005 they do that in big pimpin lowriders. there's an impala in unique cars this month, on bags with snakeskin interior, it's so cool :P Quote
Teddy Posted July 4, 2005 Report Posted July 4, 2005 lol, if i get my way - ill be re-upolstering the metal in the black vinal, then pressing the gauges into it. You can't see it on the pics, but the metal is cutt not 100% straight... if i vinal it, i can fix it up, and make it look _ de _ Part. But it look so cool never the less :P Quote
Clown Posted July 4, 2005 Author Report Posted July 4, 2005 rolla's prob arive in about a month, red XX ke70 and another ke70 i haven't seen. Quote
carl Posted July 6, 2005 Report Posted July 6, 2005 i saw some of those seats at picknpayless the other day. are they good? they seemed to be in good condition. also is it safe to just paint the whole dash? like the rubbery/Pleather part. Quote
Valandor Posted July 6, 2005 Report Posted July 6, 2005 (edited) i can honoustly say it is 100% safe to paint your dash as i have done it myself using vinal paint. takes time and don't drive for a day after painting unless you like being driving ona fumes high keep in mind it has been modded again and will be repainted again to look better and shinyer Edited July 6, 2005 by Valandor Quote
Clown Posted July 6, 2005 Author Report Posted July 6, 2005 I have the same idea as above, different colours though. A mate had a blue 1200 datto (nismo sticker on window), with white and blue interiour, looked crazy. Quote
