I went to Repco - the sales rep was no help. I went to Supercheap - more stock then poke stick at, no fit on my rolla. Basically i cannot find any seat covers that will fit my ke70 corolla. Justin - what size are urs, and which auto shop did u get the from... i don't wanta partucually get cusom seats for it.. I'm not that rich! Thanks all, hope some 1 can shed some light, u guys always solve these hen-peck issues so easily.. ! Cheers, Teddy Quote
demuire Posted January 20, 2004 Report Posted January 20, 2004 You REALLY should be able to find seat covers to fit your car unless it has some weird seats in it. Are you sure NONE of them at Supercheap fit? In what way did they not fit? Too big? Too small? Quote
Teddy Posted January 20, 2004 Author Report Posted January 20, 2004 Well, they are too big on the sides, too big upright - they even said they are made to suit medium + cars , so it would really be good 4 the commodore... so its kinda like a dog chasing its tail - no end to the problem lol. i spoze i can keep trying untill i find 1 pair that fits... but then again I'm not sure how long it iwll take untill i stike it lucky.. mumblezzz Posted January 20, 2004 Report Posted January 20, 2004 Just flag down a snap-on truck and get some of those. :D Quote
demuire Posted January 20, 2004 Report Posted January 20, 2004 Teddy: Being a one-size-fits-all they won't be perfect, but they should fit. They should have a size smaller than those if I'm not mistaken. Hell I've got Supercheap (well actually Repco, but they also have the same ones at Supercheap) seat covers in Pinky, and had a pair in the Lancer, and in the Excel, and in the Colt... If you can't find a set for a KE70 I'd be well surprised... Quote
Teddy Posted January 20, 2004 Author Report Posted January 20, 2004 well have to go shopping nick lol Quote
Ruts Posted January 21, 2004 Report Posted January 21, 2004 agreed most fit 'all seats' but if i was gonna offer some advice it would be get the ones that have velcro tags on adjusters as well as the ties - more control and neater fit. hell mine almost look tailored now Quote
Teddy Posted January 21, 2004 Author Report Posted January 21, 2004 sounds good - thanks people - when i get back to brisbane, ill have to see what i can find... :D Quote
