Okay guys as promised here is the Fools Cruise.

 

Date: Sunday 28th March 2010

 

Starting at Aspley Pick'n'Pay for the Nothsiders and leaving no later than 10:00 O'clock.

 

Then next stop is at Springwood McDonald’s for the Southsiders at

10:45 O'clock. (EXIT 20 from the M1) Leaving no later than 11:00 O’clock.

(NOTE: If you see a RC Sticker on the side of the McDonald’s bin in the larger carpark in front of the pub, you have missed us. – This is assuming the main group has arrived. We will wait for the main group if they are running behind)

 

From there we take EXIT 28, Bryants Road which turns into Beenleigh-Redland Bay Road. First stop is at Victoria Point. We turn off on Benfer Rd were we will arrive at a nice park where the Ferry leaves for Coochiemudlo Island. Great chance for a group shot from above at the cliffs and a chance to grab a bite to eat, as there is a Take-Away shop there.

 

Then from there we continue on to the second, and last stop, which is Wellington point. Wellington point has a massive car park with views of the Island of RC, home of the RC Republic.

I hope that the night before we will erect the tiny Nation’s flag and that the flag is still in place by the time we arrive.

 

 

NOTE:

Please make sure you have fuel before hand.

Check your tires, engine oil, brake fluid etc. before hand.

Bring your UHF’s if you have one.

No stuffing around or dangerous driving will be permitted. You may be asked to leave.

Stickers and merchandise will be available to purchase. Please place your order beforehand so I can bring them along.

I'm gonna stop procrastinating and take the matt beast in for RWC this week. Ill seal up the tail lights tomorrow. Soooo if all goes well it'll be there. Really really really really don't want to turn up in my Laser.

Hey I actually like the BBQ idea. Might still swing thru Vicky Point for photos then continue to Wello Point for the BBQ.

 

What do we think? BYO meat of coarse. If wanted you could grab food as we drive thru Wello Point shops?
