my friends got a loan of one of these whilst their own car was being repaired under insurance. they said it was the crappest handling thing they've ever driven, with the most oncomfortable seating positon, worst dash and worst windscreen they've ever seen

fast an furious charger was a '70

it was also used in the new herbie movie......couldn't help it......had to see......herbie

i agree with the windshield, dash, etc

the seats are comfy though, it only gets around 25mpg no matter who drives it

handling is fair....far better than daisy

but hers is the sxt version, lots of power for an auto

that's pathetic. my rear wheel drive, 8 valve singlecam carburetted 2.4L hilux gets about 32mpg. i can't believe a 2L 16v dohc front wheel efi car could be so awful

death to all neons!

Just to correct some previous statements (cause that's the kinda guy I am). We USED to get the Neon, but Chrysler stopped importing it back in about 2003 because sales were shit and they could easily sell more PT Cruisers. We didn't get the facelifted model like your g/f has with the different grille. Possibly one of the problems Chrysler had with selling it was the 3-speed auto option. I thought all car manufacturers stopped using three speeds back in the early 80's, but Dodge/Chrysler threw that theory out the window!
