Hey mate, the venetians off ebay should fit fine as long as you order it for the right car and they say they can do it for ke36 etc, then you should be all good. I got some for my old ke55 and although they were expensive they were solidly made, very good quality... worth it for sure.. anyway keep it up, look forward to seeing more progress. cheers

walking through my garage I found a Kamei front lip that i purchased from Little Red Spirit for my kesev a while back.

 

well one thing lead to another, 2 minutes later i was playing around with sticky tape and different mounting locations and finally got happy.

i think it maybe a little to 'square' for this rounder shape car.

but maybe if the lip was black or would set it off alot more.

who knows? what do you think?

well minor set back, went to get it regesteried today. haha that went well.

 

they picked up the engine transplant ofcorse, 3k to 4k. so now it needs to go over another inspection.

 

should be alright after i get some things, like roof lining and stuff. make it respectable.

 

the bad news is I'm worried it will need a mod plate for the engine conversion. even through its very little difference.

 

if it needs a mod plate I'm f@$ked. on my p's so can't drive it anyway.

btw decided against the lip.... looked gay on this car.

Got the tryes some tryes fitted today, really waiting to get some white walls on this thing.

looks alot better in person because the red pin strip down the side of the car is clearly visible. so wheels match it

 

just need a venetiain and whitewalls to set it off.

 

distant plans include dark silver/grey respray. maybe some black deep dish meshies like every other corolla.

 

but for now shes turnign heads, maybe for the wrong reasons

correct about the r31 wheels, picked them up from a wreackers for ten bucks each!

and slapped some paint on them.

 

yeah about the back josh not to sure, the springs have been flipped or reset buy previous owner, needs more low in the front to match the rear :)

Pretty cool looking car. The red rocker cover does look a little rice for the rest of the car, but it's all good. My KE55 is sort of a mash of themes but I still love it. Just do what you feel is right for the car and ignore all the haters.
