Hiro Protagonist Posted September 8, 2010 Report Posted September 8, 2010 Salt water is a cure for rust. So is wood. Replace all the remaining steel in the car with wood and you'll instantly stop rust in it's tracks! Quote
Trev Posted September 8, 2010 Report Posted September 8, 2010 So is wood. Replace all the remaining steel in the car with wood and you'll instantly stop rust in it's tracks! Yes but if you live in a flood prone area or like to do skids then you have to use drift wood which would suit the op. Quote

Sloth Posted September 19, 2010 Report Posted September 19, 2010 The trick is for the rust to make sections of the car fall off at the entry or prior to the apex of the turn. This causes the car to undergo a weight shift, helping with the initiation of the drift. It's all just maths and physics. Quote
