Hey, thats the same ecu my mate had trouble with on a JZ, turned out he had the polarity on the cam reset sensor around the wrong way, some ecu's handle that kind of stuff, others don't.

hey yea mate has spark..yea have tried reversing polarity on cam and crank sensors.. they the only real thing left lil over the car atm gotta attack it on week end or burn it lol...

yup m8 has pulse thats how i found out they were blocked apparently sard injectors block from sitting regularly..

last time i was trying it would be cranking souns as if it wanted 2 start then as ur cranking it would stop like sparkin b4 tdc or somethin?

cheers 4 all ur sugestions is doin my head in:)

Has the ecu been tuned for the sards?

It is possible that it is set to a different resistance which will show power to the injectors but will be hopeless at making them fire.

i got it towed 2 my tuners workshop he said all set up side on ecu was good cos thats same thing i was thinking at that stage now I'm lost! hahaha only thing not been rewired is crank/cam.. but have switched polarity on both...

If you have spark and power to the injectors then you can rule out the CAS.

Did he double check the injector resistance with a multimeter.

Give the intake a quick spray with carby clean, if it fires then you know it is a fuel delivery issue.

Should have coughed and farted with the carby clean as trev said, are all the plugs are ok, definely the right temp ones too? Have a look at the map sensor signal on the laptop at crank, make sure its getting vaccum, also make sure the rpm at crank looks right.

You've never seen the motor run right? Does it have compression? Is the cam timing correct?

Good luck ;)
