Mobile Locksmiths

Hey guys, has anyone had experiance with any locksmiths what come out to you? Have a key snapped off in the door of my car and was hoping a locksmith could come out and remove it (if i can't) and make me a new key. Any idea if they can do all this with the lock still on the car, and how much id be looking at roughly?

some locksmiths will do that for you. if they are worth the salt they should have all the tools on hand to get it out. however callouts are usually an expensive experience.

 

is the door unlocked? locks are easy to remove, id give that a go if at all possible

Yeah its unlocked, but the car isnt running. Might just waiti till i get it going again and drive it to a locksmith. Would take it out but is on an r31 and it looks like a PITA

They will ass rape you either way I have found :) I would be pulling the lock out and having a crack myself :)

Hey mate, I used to be a Locksmith and still have all my tools, I work in Ringwood and don't mind dropping by after work one day to see if I can extract the key, shouldn't be too hard. If your interested send me a PM.
