Teddy Posted March 2, 2004 Author Report Posted March 2, 2004 wow - ok, what would be a good way to diagnose what's the problem - pin point it? or would that require a mechanic to look at it? Oh somting i didnt add in the first post - he says the car actually runs Better[\B] now wile its moving (at speed) !! - Ahh, the poor old corona, neva got the attention like the corolla - the odd child out :| Quote

MarcD Posted March 10, 2004 Report Posted March 10, 2004 I had 2 seperate issues with my rolla and its rough idling. 1st problem was a leaking manifold gasket. Was loosing compression to the number 4 cylinder. 2nd problem was a loose rocker arm on top of the f@$king no# 4cylinder (its a curse that hole in the block) cause the inlet valve to not seal properly. Just some other thoughts to ponder. Quote
