Hay just wondering what is the best choice of springs to put in the front of my ke?

What KE? There's more than one. What application are the springs for? Lowering, performance, stock replacement? If you don't want to get flamed be more specific when you ask a question.

And apart from coilovers

Measure up the old ones and take your tape measure to pinch a part and hunt away. For example, cut down HZ Kingswood springs will fit onto KE20 struts.

How low do you want it? Take a coil off, lose an inch an put the rate from 100lb/in up to 120.

 

2 coils means about 40mm off ride height and a rate of 150lb/in.

 

Go silly and it won't remain captive under droop, but will pound your back before then.
