rian Posted April 25, 2014 Report Share Posted April 25, 2014 The top hose position is fine, but the bottom hose is on the wrong side. You can still easily make it work, you will just have a really long bottom hose and it will probably require a bracket to keep it up off the swaybar. Is there an engine driven fan that will fit the 4age? Â I'm using an AE82 thermo fan/shroud combo on an AE71 radiator in my KE70, I just made up some mounts and bolted it on. The shroud covers about 3/4 of the radiator. Or you could just mount a universal thermo fan, which is super easy. I'm pretty sure there is an engine driven fan for 4AGEs but they would be hard to find as they would only have come on the RWD 4AGEs. LittleRedSpirit Posted April 28, 2014 Report Share Posted April 28, 2014 Â I had a shround made that adapted a stock sv10 camry fan to the ae71 radiator. You realy should try and get every fin of the thing ducted through the radiator fan with no air leaks. Air will take the easiest path, so you need to duct it properly or it will flow around the core.
