Hey all

 

I have got an idea.

 

As u know, i have a Ke70 with Mags, new paint job, interiour mods, and exhaust yet to go on etc

 

If you were in my situaion, what would you do to the car next? - i would like an anwser from as many people as possible so i can see how every 1 thinks or what ever - and so i can get ideas ! It doesnt matter what ure suggesion is, i would really like to hear it !!!

Suspension. Get a nice set of shocks and springs, will make heaps of difference and you will enjoy driving it heaps more. Mine will hopefully be coming soon, I'm looking at KYB shocks and King Springs.

Completely recondition steering rack... - what improvments will this do 2 the car & will it cost the earth?

Monroe Gas??? Do yourself a favour and spend the little extra money and get some KYB's. A lot better value for money.

 

But yes, I agree. Just fix up anything that's worn (steering rack or wheel bearings etc), but if it ain't broken I say no point fixing it. Chances are though your suspension, or at least your shocks, will be rather flogged if they haven't already been replaced, so I'd say do that.

acutally i'd leave the front swaybar stock and just put a better rear one on, these cars already have a bit of understeer. nolathane bushes tho :S

 

steering reco would also be a top idea, i dream of having my steering box rebuilt :)

agreed. id first do the suspenson mods. handling is very important
