no tension pulley still need to make a top bracket for the sc and a plate on the pulley to keep the belt aligned Also got the engine loom finished just needs injector plugs and i have spark woohoo :D and everything else works perfectly

i only used it on the plate for the bosch bov on the supercharger pipe everywhere else i would rather have gaskets or 515/518 if it is a flat surface

Also I'm redoing my front end i have better ideas since i built it last time should be good

is your flywheel a stock one lightened or a custom one?

Got some done today only took two pics i have fuel pressure now woohoo and incar loom is finished also started on engine loom Returnless fuel system ecu to firewall loom i have 3 more weekends before its time to race so should be going in that time easy

buy a 2wd hilux with a 4l v6 they go way hard

m4's are really old and outdated still better then most of the ecus out there

i thought it was a good idea till i actually thought about what a 5k really is, you end up with around 3mm bore wall thickness not much metal to hold in compression but i guess it would be okay in a road car situation and yes it seems to work in low horsepower instances, i noticed in altezzaclubs post that someone said you need a industrial 4k with siamese bores and thicker walls

weve done it it doesnt work even if you go 60thou over let alone 200thou over they flex in a performance case making good cylinder pressure or boosted, when we are building engines using road car blocks we search to get a block that is stock bore size and get custom pistons to suit just a clean up thicker is better but really anyone can do what they want.. if thin walls didnt matter toyota would of just made 4k with bigger bores to be a 5k but no the made a new cast and toyota know there shit

First race date set 28 September should be a big day with 30+ people and hoping i can win, few rally cars coming but can only run radials and with my no rules i rekon i can back myself to win against similar car with rally rules so see how i go after the 28th got some work to do :) (28 of august not september)

yeah go 1000cc will only need one 044 just get a good quality fuel reg and you should be sweet

1000cc would work, for 80% duty cycle at 330hp flywheel you need 650 and for 60% you need around 800 so go somewhere between 700cc-1000cc
