nah mine spin perfect, and i got larger RA40 celica brakes up front. Mind u not much room, but they 13x7, and a fair amount of room inside.

Yeah i like the Round ones better. Rims look mad too. got the other 2 now, and also got enough wheel nuts for 3 rims haha. will give them a polish tommorow if the rain has gone.

small update, got some new shoes for the beast, nothen special. just 13x7 hotwires. bit of dish and looks mad i reckon. All but one tyre are stuffed. will hopefully replace with the same 205/60/R13's that are on them. bugger all lip damage, one has about 1" inch rash on the lip, but its to be expected. Also started on converting back to round Headlights. got a pretty much perfect grill, just need the mounting brackets and headlights.

I got RA40 celica brakes on front, standard ke30 rims don't fit, i got some 13x6 jellybean mags on, and the caliper just fits. guessing cause the inside of the rim is more square compared to a stock rim if that makes sense.

Hey all In process of putting a Rolla back on road. its a '75 KE30 2 door. What emission requirments does it need? Ive Heard of PRE EPA on gemini's, think anything 1975 and under had less strict rules for what engine goes in ect. same for corolla's? Going to a few places today or tommorow to enquire about it and some other stuff. Was thinking would it be hard to pass RWC with a weber and extractors on a 4k? Any insight would be great

ive got a 3 and 4k in shed, 3k has a larger dizzy cap then the 4k dizzy. whats the go with that?

just wondering what people have used to replace there original headlights in a KE30. the round ones. My coupe had the KE55 square lights, ive removed them and fitted the round grill, just wondering if i could use something like these Are the KE30 lights 7"? Not looking for soemthing super pricey, just something cheapish like them.

Got some work done slowly. This is how the car sits now. a little dusty from sanding. got most of the drivers side front guard done, just some finer sanding, lick of primer and all done. front is pulled off still. need to get a stonetray first. also got started on the wiring inside the car. was actually easier than i thought. main loom was a bit tricking having to manage it around bits. makes it easy knowing there wiring for the dash is seperate. just one plug to join them all lol. also test fitted the 4 door carpet i have, fits fine. just have to cut some bits near the door. guessing they for the pillar between the front and back doors on a sedan.

mine looks to be moulded. I don't have metal bars or whatever you guys on about, only bar i see is on the roof, bolted on either side, and the interior light bolts to that.

how do they mount in a ke30 2 door? i has some sorta lining, it was held on with metal clips above side windows, front tucked under windscreen rubber, and the rear had a strip of metal that tucked under rubber, and got screwed in...

Having trouble finding roof lining for a KE30 2 door, and I'm unsure about if the sedan one from a 30, or 55 would fit. how would i go about making my own?, Any help, links, pics ect would be great :bash:

still lost on how to remove springs. once you take shackle off the rear it should slide off, easy enough, but the other end is stumping me, nothen will move. do i hit with a hammer where the 14mm bolt went on? so it pushes the plate that the 2 12mm's where holding?

same as mine i know, but it breaks up the colour well Just get the chrome around the headlight that bolts onto the front of the guard, the biot across the bonnet, and up around the windows should look hot

is this the same KE20 as before with the 5k and twins? If not, you lucky sod with your 20's lol Neat ride though

I'm pretty sure the 3rd link mentioned that somewhere, But yeah Dfunkt is right, pretty sure you use the TA22 struts, brakes ect, TA22 LCA's, and use the KE30 top spring hat , sur eit says to weld KE30 lower spring seats onm but also read TA22 springs are same diameter as KE30.

ok, diff don't need to come out now, just the leafs and lowering blocks, I'm stumped on how the leaf comes out?? i can see at the rear it just slides off, easy enough, but the other end is weird, ive undone the 14mm nut, and the 2 12mm bolts from opposite side, now what??

KE30 leaf springs wanted, Anyone in the north have any? Cheap or free would be handy lol Ive got some hear but they going to get reset to lower, and have new brakets made to suit the extra leafs. besides, i want standard ones to past RWC also got these for sale http://www.rollaclub.com/board/index.php?showtopic=20453

ahhh ok, Yeah i notice on my spare diff about the Handbrake cable setup. got that sorted lol, Was just unsure on brake hoses thats all,
