I always thought weights before bed was bad. I always found that if I did weights before hittin the sack I was more awake and my heart was racing. Tho it could just be my heart being whacked. Could try sleeping pills. I still have some prescription ones left over from my maccas days, or you could try the herbal ones. Just don't pull a Heath Ledger. :y:

Doing a great job mate, Whoever turns out turns out. I know what each region is lacking is commitment from its members. Each region needs to pull together and show how committed, warm and inviting each are. Do what I've done. Note down each and every active member from "INSERT NAME HERE" Sydney :y: and send them PM's reminding them of the event weeks before it is to be held, then the week before as another reminder. And just a note, not all active members frequent the regional forums, some only use the offtopics, some just the rides forums. etc.. So do the work to find who they are and send everyone PMs. Jon. On the Cap of your brake fluid reservoir it reads DOT 4 (Gregeoies Manual Says DOT 3) WOOPS. I only found that out by chance the other week. :y:

I may be wrong but did you have to replace the tailshaft?? I was under the impression that there were different size shafts between rollas with Borg Warner diffs and Jap diffs. One is longer than the other. Does it seal into the box?? If not I would assume the oil has come out. Have you seen any oil stains from anywhere you park??

My KE30 is an SE from the badges that were taped onto it when I got it. But it has KE55 handles. I think the whole radio and demister option was thrown out when they bought in the 55 dash. I've only once seen a rolla without the radio and demister in person and once on ebay. Both were wagons. One late KE36 and the other a KE38. So they continued to be pov with the wagons, but as for the sedans, they got these features standard from 77.
