Well had my Christmas party the other night and may I say WoW. I think the bar tab may have exceeded $20K. Okay, so I walked into the loo halfway through the night and saw this. Felt sorry for the poor guy who needed to take a shit. Took this pic earlier. The label says please take all notes. Corolla's were only 4 seaters. You'd have to get it mod plated to fir a fifth, not that you'd want to. Its far too squashy. Hardtops are almost the rarest of all KE55's. The rarest KE55 would have to be the KE55P, otherwise known as the KE50. Behind that would be the KE38 panno then the KE55s (hardtop), tho I almost bought my fourth one a few weeks ago. :wink: So they do pop up from time to time. I think I might have an addiction. Keep your eyes on ebay, you'd be surprised what turns up there. Of all the KE55's out there, if your trying to re-shell, look out for the update KE55s (square headlights). They came with alot of extras that the early ones didn't have access to. For example rear sway bar, FM radio, intermittant wipers, 5 speed (if lucky), removable headrests on the seats, square headlights and since they were the last made usually have none to little rust and have a dashpad that is intact. The Update KE55 1980/1981 (Square headlights) was the first rolla with a rear sway bar. From then on I believe it was standard.

I know of a guy who is epileptic. He shouldn't have a license. He had a fit while driving and almost killed himself and his 15 year old passenger as he wrapped his car around a tree. My brother too shouldn't have a license but he somehow does. He has a pacemaker and if that thing would jolt when he's driving he could cause some accident. Even tho everyone has the right to a license, some probable shouldn't as they are a risk to people around them.

I ended up taking my sports steering wheelout of my 30 and putting in the stock one for that same reason. I love the stock one anyway.
