  1. He didn't deny the gay pride banners
  2. WOW DUDE!! Thats looking awesome!!
  3. I'd assume you'd need a KE55 speedo cable and maybe a KE55 speedo. I'd assume you'd need a early KE30 trimatic tailshaft. The box should bolt up fine to the engine.
  4. Almost got wiped out this morning on the way to work. Was sitting at the lights that my street comes off, light turns green and I turn left. All of a sudden I hear a massive woosh and saw a Merc A Class fly past me at atleast 100km/h. Any more to the right and my car would have been written off and I would have been going to to the hospital instead of work. If I were to be going straight or turning right the bitch would have hit my drivers door.
  5. DANG you have be bringing out my brochures... (I have two of the same brochures with one page thats changed that shows whats been altered in the space between printings) Nov 74 till May 1975 2 door sedan only. From then on there was both. But I'm pretty sure the 2 door wa gone by 1976. That was the first time we had the 4 door and we never got the 2 door back.
  6. Not a surprise they started using girlocks around the time they started using GM trimatics. BTW the girlocks were first used in the coupes before made available to all of the corollas with the late KE55's. I may be wrong but I was once told you'll need KE55 backing plates?
  7. Yeah same so I don't know what nolathane are on. Well anyway finally got bushes in and found enough motivation to do some work. The replacement front eye bushes... The rear shackles... Attached... Shockies... The diff ready to go in... And done!!!... Man its looking so awesome. Its got me all excited
  8. Not the world, just some of Brisbane
  9. Be thankful you don't have a space saver :)
  10. Make sure its sideways for optimum damage.
  11. Not in an AWD  I actually missed my KE30 the other day in the ran... But I made up for it later on another road :)
  12. The reason for this is because we in Australia got KE55's in late 1978/79 instead of upgrading to the KE70 like everyone else. Typical of car makers tho, as Australia has always been left behind when it comes to model upgrades (Take Chrysler's Charger Vs. Dodge Challengers in the 1970's). Plus we never got the better sportier models yet the smaller nation of NZ did? Seems whenever they move production here we get left behind on the upgrades etc.
  13. YEah what he said. Only the Jap built cars were removable. The Aus built cars were welded. There was one KE55 built in Jap that was removable. That was the KE55p
  14. WOW I love the pop out windows man!!

  21. Na too soon. Needs at least 2 to 3 weeks lead up so people can roster off etc. Tho I do understand a month is a bit much. I might start the thread in march.
  22. Not bad man. Got a direct link to its thread?
  23. WOW thats much better!!
  24. Flat came out first than the slanted one was the update. Then they updated it once more by changing the engine to an A series engine.
  25. Sounds good. I might start a new thread soon and was thinking of early April for the run.
