There is a place in Acacia Ridge that does dashboard restorations. Would set you back around $400 but they recreate the dash from scratch.

Its sad but the fridge in the garage is from the 1970's. We were hoping to replace it as its rusty and doesn't seal anymore. We threw out my parents first colour TV about 5 years ago. They got in the mid 70's and it still worked when we got rid of it. They replaced it with a tv that we had to replace after 10 years as it died on boxing day.

Why aren't things made to last these days? We see car companies recall problematic cars yet appliance and white goods companies get away with selling us shit. My parents have a fridge that isn't that old. We just called a repairer out to inspect it and it turns out it'd be way cheaper to just buy a brand new fridge. Like WTF! If Fisher & Paykel still had their factory in Brisbane I would dump it at their front door.

Firefox is annoying me. I start it and it runs normally using about 160,000k to 200,000k of ram. But if I walk away and let it idol that number jumps to around 1,100,000k and over. I don't get it. So I shut it down and restart and it brings it back down.

Saw this Futura on Sunday morning. mmm I think they have their wires crossed? Toad!! Saw this at my sisters. Its so retro!! And the roads parted... Spotted a brand new Mustang. Its pretty far tho, has a gold racing stripe. The car on the left is the cop car. The car on the right is the guy that dragged me. Got pulled over cause he spun wheels tho. Mate just bought this today!! Freaky storm today. I was at my sisters and the gutters were all overflowing. My car was sitting in water (thankfully not too deep). And the overflowing gutters made the water run into the closed window... And I was at my sisters repainting her sons artworks that he made with felt tip pens and niko's. So I added my own bit :)
