Its hard to describe... Fit the seal onto the glass. Get some thin rope and loop it around the seal. Tighten it so that the flap will be pulled down enough to stick it onto the car. Loosen the rope and it should be fitten. As I said, its hard to describe and doubt it makes sense.

Has it got a 4K in it?? Cause I had the same problem when I swapped my 4K for 5K. I then had to stick the 4K temp sensor onto the 5K.

OMG I just fitted the new genuine tubes and o rings. The o rings are WAY better than the aftermarket ones. You can tell from the feel of them as the aftermarket ones were way too hard. I'm going for a bit of a drive now and I'll see if they'll need gluing down, but doubt it. They fit nice and snugly and don't move. Wish me luck!!

Personally if your going to any 24hr store you should ask for what ever your ordering to be cooked fresh no matter what. I got food poisoning at a 24hr subway once and you don't wanna know what goes on at 24hr maccas. Just order fresh and wait.

At Hungry Jack's they tick off what time that have to discard the burgers on the actual wrapper. Tho I've gone into the 24hr city store and bought a hard as burger with no time on it. That's the time to be weary.

Well carpet is on the list of things needing to replace anyway. Most of that passenger carpet is loopless but is covered by a mat anyway. I just need to buy a new windshield seal first to ensure all leaks are plugged before the carpet comes in.

Well here is the kink... (Side angle) So as said I looped the heater hoses together. After that I went inside and got thinking. I do have a spare heater/fan unit in the garage so I decided to pull it out and have a look. Seems this pipe was easily removable. So I went back to it and swapped them over. (Note there is still coolant in the lines :locked: Now my carpet is even more green) Old left, new right... So I swapped them all over and fitted everything back. I did chop the end of the heater hose that was on the kinked pipe as it had formed the kinked shape. I just didn't want it to bend this one too. I then ran the car and heater and tightened any clamps where I saw leaks. I hope that works. Cross your fingers for me.

I know it wasn't and no, I tightened the other one. Which I removed first to check and it was fine. Should I attempt to fix it or will I fracture the pipe??

I think I found what my problem is... But that brings up a new problem. Can I straighten it or will it weaken it and make it crack?? Cause I think since the hose was butten up against the firewall, all the coolant went inside the car though the gap.

lOl I remember working all night one year, then going to Summerfield Dayze, then working all night again. I was phucked by the end of it. Let me know next time, I need to get out.
