Cheers man :wink: Yeah the paint work turned out really nice. Because its 2 pack it doesnt really need polishing, its fine just streight off the gun but because it has a few bits of crap in the paint here and there and a few sweat up marks i have decided to get the detailer to go around and de nib it and then Dad and i are going to block the whole car back so its nice and streight (colour sand). After that the detailer will come back up and buff and polish it all back up :) Matt :y:

A few more

Update time :) So since last time i have wire brushed up all my brakes and painted them metalic charcoal (the same colour as the new rims when i get them) Also finished painting the fuel tank and started wire brushing the diff and giving it a flick with some satin black. I also got some shiney new gas Bilstein's :D Found a mad gear knob for her to, but nothing is never easy. Of corse i didnt fit so i had to get a mate to macheine the gear stick down so it would fit, looks trick. Yet to get a leather boot for it. Also while i was in the same shop i found a chrome air cleaner for it to haha, that also was a bee's dick to small. So that had to be cut, welded and all sorts so it fitted :bash: but its all good now :y: And it is now getting close to 4 months that i have been waiting for my rims >| , and the guy said it would only take 3 weeks. Pffft what a joke

Yeah sure did, i had to mark it with a pencil before it was painted and cut out a section with the grinder to make the back of the headlight surround sit in.

I would get someone to flair the metal body guards man, don't put those bolt on things on. If done right it would look way better :D

Brake set up

Just a quick update. It was my 17th Birthday the other day and i ended up scoring a 115 peice socket and spanner set from Dad :D was pretty dam happy with that :laff: . Got a new master cylinder aswell because the old one was stuffed and stripped it down and painted it with some 2 pack goss black :D I also sanded back the fuel and brake lines so they where nice and shiny and gave them a few coats of gloss clear to keep the rust away and painted the brake block purple aswell. Then i plumbed it all back up. Gave it a coat of satin black paint under the guards and finished off underneath aswell to tidy it up :)

Haha not at the moment but will post some more up tomorrow. I now have a new master cylinder painted in 2pac gloss black fitted up, brake lines cleaned up and fitted, cluch is working, painted under the front guards and a few other bits so ile take some pics tomorrow just for you :laff:

Yeah man, old school. And like i said in my comment, they have been orded about 6 weeks ago and all i can get from the guys at the shop is oh there supposed to be here this week. So ive got my fingers crossed that they will be here this week but who knows haha.

Haha, as i said I'm not putting a 4age in for about a year or so, might not even put one in yet. Might just keep it old school and leave the 4k in it and just work it.
