  1. C32 I'd be asking for the 2.8 diesel version for some nice legal fun
  2. Can't stand a FWD without power steer. PS is like a car battery - not an option, but a necessary extra.. The sports wheel from the ae82 twincam will fit. Bonnet scoop is up to you in what you like. For me if i had one its cause its being used for a reason and not cause its the latest and greatest craze. Same thing with the grill - its up to you in what you like and don't like. Personally i like the one from ae82gts but thats from the '82. But, anywhat, anything from a ae90/92/93 will fit. Or as with the ae82, the ae82gts will fit after some extras have been bought for it - like the bonnet (the front of it has a lip, whereas the standard one doesn't)
  3. Plus their a pretty common tire size and their fairly cheap
  4. One does have to ask you Jip. Do you like your new job ? If that was me i'd sooner be back on the dole in someways. I'd prefer the idea of being able to walk away from my work knowing that i've a good job (or been able to do a good job) then to be ashamed of it.
  5. My job - i'm a storeman. Yeah, like the typical job its got its ups and its downs and the mornings are a right royal pain in the arse cause i'm not a morning (8am start) person. Last job was night shift which was ok cause i'm also a bit of a night owl. But anywhat i've only been there for, oh, about 8 months now and most of the other staff respect my judgment on how the warehouse is organized, where the products that we sell are located, but most of all when an order comes in from a business that we supply to, they tend to use their own codings and i'll get asked on what the product is they want. Eg - one company will send in an order for 36mm tape. We sell and supply two different brands of 36mm tape in three different lengths (75M, 100M and 1000M) each and then there's two different types of 1000M tape (a cold temp tape and a normal tape used in general packing). Some of the orders make you just want to bash your head against a wall. One of the guys at work reckons that if he didn't know how long i've been at work for he'd swear i've been there for a few years...... Anyway my "omg Guess what happened today" thing is - that i got this job 8 months ago....
  6. Jip's been owned :) :D
  7. Did have the thought of doing that but having some monkey standing in my face swinging in between towns on the bruce highway didn't really go down to well..
  8. At one stage that was the norm. When i was living at Noosa years ago the bunch of builders building homes around us always started the day half-cut and by the end it was amazing that they could drive home... But the real eye opener was of not only the shear amount of nails, screws, broken glass etc etc lying around the job site not one of them had an accident. And that's including when the piss-heads were on the roof
  9. Nar, its the devils car But then again the firies are most likely looking at it thinking "What a phucking ugly looking Jeep" That reminds me of the time was traveling up to Harvey Bay and this dumb arse in a festive didn't like it when we passed him. Rode our arse like he had a tow-bar and after he passed us sped off into the distance without a care in the world of his surroundings.......
  10. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5z4Vs26-TI Love it Would love to try it out
  11. The 4af series only has the un-drilled bosses (or what ever their called) for the rwd mounts. Don't know about the later 4age blocks but the early versions have the bosses drilled and tapped for the rwd mounts. As for the dizzy can't you get an 90deg adapter mount ? You can for suzuki g13b twincam... Or at least crank sense it ?
  12. Excel   :D
  13. Yes and no. I want to give my boy the world but at the same time i'd want him to be able to know whats its like to earn it though blood, sweat and tears I'd sooner have my son buy an old car and fix the thing up to get it on the road. Learns what its like to have a car etc etc. Then if he wants to move up to a newer model well its up to him.... Damn it you saw us..
  14. Don't if its true or not but i've heard that you shouldn't run new pads on new discs. You should run new discs with old pads and vise verse
  15. Keniichi Tsuchiya also makes an appearance holding a fishing rod trying to fish.....
  16. Ok time for an update i think Dragon Wars - A TE51 gets tossed around like a play toy.
  17. In a mad dash to get out the door and on my way to work in the morning. I got to work, jumped out of the car, looked at my feet and realised that i wasn't wearing my work boots...... I was still wearing my slippers.
  18. Or another way to have a short shifter on the cheap is to use one from a AE10x
  19. Hi dude and welcome to the club
  20. Haha haha I guess you was... Would have been pretty pissed off as well I like pussy cats too But the feral things are a different story.
  21. Not the peugeot !?! Arrr it'll buff out :P
  22. Carby might even be in need of a rebuild
  23. Have a check for air leaks around the intake manifold and the base of the carby.
  24. Some times you'll need a far bit of strength to get it undone. Also have a look around the base of the knob to make sure there's no screws
  25. Could do that If you lived out in the country - the dog would be classed as a wild dog In town you could be sued...... If not even having RSPCA thrown at you.
