You will need to swap your Auto brake pedal box with a manual pedal box because the clutch pedal and brake pedal are on the same box.

Hey Graig if you're not fussed about it being 2 speed I've got the auto in my rolla u can have. if you want it you can have it so I can start to put that four speed manual that you gave me in. Jarrod

From what I have read the k50 is a 5 speed box and the k40 is a 4 speed box and they will bolt to a k-series engine but not a 4age. I believe that the t50 came from the ae71 and ae86 that had the 4ac engine. The t5o will work with your engine but not ur k50. This is what I'm lead to belive from what I've read and am sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong. Jarrod

Spotted a ke70 pink body black roof and bonnet in capalaba down the street from my house. Looks in pretty good nick not sure what their running in it but they look like a couple of drift nuts. Jarrod

I don't like the new style that toyota has come up with and they let them selves down in the engine when the direct competitor i.e. the honda civic has a 2ltr v-tec motor which sorry to tell you guys. But having work for toyota and then switching to work for honda the civic has it all over the corolla. Performance wise.

Spotted I think it's a ke55 silver dominoes dilivery guy in capalaba. Atorquise ke30 pulled up behind me at the lights on redlandbay road was in my civic and a mustard ke30 at the alexhills goodlife gym.

We had a few problems like that at work with a diesel landcruiser what we ended up doing was pressurising the tank with an air blower with a few rags to seal it in the filler neck, while pumping the fuel filter. Might work with this as well if u can't find anything else wrong with it.

I worked for a toyota service department for 3 yrs and have driven many echo's and yaris's. It is my personal opinion that whoever said that good things come in small packages had never driven thses cars. Think they're complete rubbish. I know I'll get flamed for this but I'd take the 7 speed Auto Honda Jazz over a Echo/yaris anyday.
