Dave its a new wiring loom coz its a different motor i don't think it has anything to do with the chassis wiring, more the engine harness. but I'm totes puzzled :(

it doesnt start at all :(

replaced the 12v relay still nothing :(

the injectors were cleaned and tested nothing wrong there unless its a wiring issue :/ but I'm no sparky so i can't really tell :( haha

yeh it does the in line bbut the out only dripps :/

it can't be spark coz i checked the coilpacks they tick, new sparks. also iv used start your bastard more than once to be sure it is fuel and everytime i spray into the itb's it starts then dies once the ero spray is finished. and last time i cleaned the fuel rail and fiddled with the ecu wiring and relay and it started, and i drove it for a week..... its deffs a fuel issue :/ new pumps they prime etc but yeh I'm lost :(

i had a spare relay i tried that, still nothing :( i followed the wiring there doesnt seem to be anything wrong :( and when the fuel pump primes the relay makes a noise (its always done it). also checked the ecu doesnt seem like there is any leeks .... this is a bummer :(

FML :( it did it again, drove it for exactly a week or so started her up drove up the road to the shops today, got a drink, got back and she didnt start :( i pushed the lil slut home !! anyone got any tips ?

iv got a 20V in a ke70 iv had to make mods to the firewall to get it to fit plus cut the loom, do you have a FWD loom or RWD loom ? and is yours a 16v? if it is i do have a RWD 16v loom and ecu at home if you want to buy it, i can show you how it wires up near the passenger floor i think.

yeh 16V don't have VVT just go apeshit get huge ones :) haha

Kelford 194-C racing cams I'm running those in my 4qage 20v, its the biggest size you can go to keep the VVT running, safe yet still opens and rapes :) <3 haha

CAR STARTS :D they were dirty but I'm running 650cc injectors as my motor is modded pretty hard. they wer slightly dirty he said but not that bad, i did take the rail off and give it a real good clean i then played around with the fuel relay and it started. so it was either the relay or the rail that was the issue ! thanks for the help guys :D

it has to be a fuel issue coz iv changes parks checked them and the coilpacks its all sparking, and when i use startyourbastard it starts... so it has to be fuel. the in line has fuel/pressure, the fuel is getting to the injectors but not squirting through .... :(

update, changed fuel reg. got the injectors cleaned... its a fuel issue coz when i spray start the bastard it starts ...

just opened up the ecu, no leaks or anything.... just tried to start, it started then died instantly... i have a feeling its something to do with injectors... and yeh i do have stiff springs and possibly went over bumps, but it ran smooth and then i picked up my dinner got in the car... and she died :'(

also could it be starter motor issue ? I'm not sure if it would coz it cranks and started once but died :(

yeh when i was running it with a standard 4age ecu the capacitors ʞ©$ɟed up. is there any way to check to see if the resistors are gone ? but i checked the fuel in lines etc it seems to be feeding it through, is there anyway to check the injectors ? i read a few threads, some say open the fuel rail to see if the injectors are spraying...

it randomly happened after i drove the car out to have dinner, on the way home she just didnt want to start :(

hey guys iv got a 4age 20v silvertop, she has been running sweet for the past few years last night it just didnt start its cranking but not turning over. so far iv checked - coilpacks are working - sparks are working - fuel is been fed through (checked the in line) plus all new pumps (2months old) - battery is fine even tried jumping it - checked all fuses all seem fine (running a razorback ecu) this is the first time that this has happend :( totes randy. i have a feeling the injectors are blocked :/ but iv sprayed the cleaner through the ITB's (trumpets) ....
