A guy i knew years ago had lost his for 5 years, before he was old enough to get his Open licence Then got done repeatedly, at last count he had done 6 or 7 life (5yrs) bans that never ended........ because he would always get done before they finished Amongst those offences there were drink driving, police chase, dangerous driving (2or3 times), hit & run and leaving an accident. And he still didn't get jail until recently after getting done again just driving to work. One LUCKY sob thats for sure

There are some available for KE3X's and later if you know where to look The earlier KE1X's and KE2X's are non-existent. Although i have sourced some KE2X Guard rust repair sections recently. What models were you looking for? Dougy :bash:

Yeah mate i have become a fan of the Blue A mate welded the replacements in, i'm amazed how well they turned out. Still waiting for my supplier to let me know how many are available........

Thanks for the encouragement Guys, i am very happy now i've stuck with the original Blue Made a slight bit of progress today...... Got the windscreen out (it was cracked when i got it) Getting ready for the strip back. I saw the Blue at it's best under the rubber OMG :y: It looks great :bash: I'm convinced now for sure that this beast deserves to be Restored NOT Modified Thanks Dougy :bash:

Title now updated...... I might get a mate to drive one or two Remember mate, Strathpine is only 15 mins away from my place. I could drop them off there and go home and grab the next one :S

Looks like my KE26 Pano will be ready for this.... Also my daily KE25 will be there for sure. Might even take my KE10, as is, just to show off a bit of my collection :S I just like to be a proud 'rolla fanatic.........

Thanks Scott, i feel better knowing that i'm preserving an endangered species........ OK the decision has been made............. BLUE, Keeping it ORIGINAL because of its immaculate state inside.......... I just couldn't bring myself to even change the colour :) I'm even thinking about getting a Qualified Painter to do the job, just so it definately turns out good.... I might leave my painting practice for one of my other cars :dance:

Used to see it around now and again when i had my 5K KE20. It's very tidy except for the 'touchparking' damage. Hope to find her again soon so i can give her my phone number.

You're right about Blue KE2X's...... ours are the only ones i've seen. Blue it is then......... No offence taken either mate, you have put forward a winning point. I reckon it will look great in blue anyway. Thanks Guys for your help. Always listening to new ideas so don't be shy...

Thanks mate, i like looking at it too. It is way beyond polishing so it's getting resprayed in next few weeks....... It's original colour is the same as your Sak Wagz 'Daily' but..... I would like to be an individual (not have a car very similiar to yours) So i was thinking HighGloss Midnight Black, Hubby's and a kickass sound system.......
